ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনারস অ্যাসোসিয়েশন অব বাংলাদেশ (IDAB) এবং ইন্দোনেশিয়ান সোসাইটি অফ ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনারস (HDII)-এর মধ্যে একটি ঐতিহাসিক সমঝোতা স্মারক (MoU) স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে।

আজ ২১ এপ্রিল ২০২৬, বিকেল ৩টায় ঢাকা ও জাকার্তার প্রতিনিধিদলের ভার্চুয়াল উপস্থিতিতে এই চুক্তি আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়।

এই সমঝোতা স্মারকের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনারদের পেশাগত দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন, আন্তর্জাতিক সহযোগিতা বৃদ্ধি এবং বৈশ্বিক পর্যায়ে কাজের সুযোগ সম্প্রসারণ।

চুক্তির প্রধান বিষয়সমূহ:
পেশাদার স্বীকৃতি: উভয় দেশের নিবন্ধিত ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনারদের পেশাগত মান ও যোগ্যতার পারস্পরিক স্বীকৃতি প্রদান।
শিক্ষা ও প্রশিক্ষণ: স্টুডেন্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রোগ্রাম, যৌথ প্রশিক্ষণ এবং সার্টিফিকেশনের সমতা নিশ্চিত করা।
বৈশ্বিক সুযোগ বৃদ্ধি: আন্তর্জাতিক সেমিনার, সম্মেলন ও পেশাগত কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ সম্প্রসারণ।
সহযোগিতামূলক গবেষণা: যৌথ গবেষণা উদ্যোগ ও ডিজাইন প্রদর্শনীর আয়োজন।
সবাক্ষরকারীগণ:

HDII-এর পক্ষে: জনাব আদি সুরিয়া ত্রিবোবো, প্রেসিডেন্ট, HDII

এই চুক্তির মাধ্যমে আসিয়ান (ASEAN) অঞ্চলে বাংলাদেশি ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনারদের গ্রহণযোগ্যতা ও মর্যাদা আরও বৃদ্ধি পাবে বলে প্রত্যাশা করা হচ্ছে। পাশাপাশি এটি দেশের পেশাদারদের জন্য নতুন আন্তঃদেশীয় (Cross-border) কাজের সুযোগ তৈরি করবে।

ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনিং ইন্ডাস্ট্রির উন্নয়ন ও আন্তর্জাতিকীকরণের এই যাত্রায় সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের সমর্থন ও সহযোগিতা কামনা করা হচ্ছে।

Historic MoU Signed Between IDAB and HDII

A landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been officially signed between the Interior Designers Association of Bangladesh and the Himpunan Desainer Interior Indonesia (Indonesian Society of Interior Designers).

The agreement was formally concluded on April 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM through a virtual ceremony with representatives from Dhaka and Jakarta in attendance.

Purpose of the MoU

The primary objective of this agreement is to:

• Enhance the professional skills of interior designers
• Strengthen international collaboration
• Expand global career and project opportunities

Key Areas of Cooperation

• Professional Recognition
  Mutual recognition of professional standards and qualifications of registered interior designers in both countries
• Education and Training
  Implementation of student exchange programs, joint training initiatives, and alignment of certification standards
• Global Opportunities
  Increased access to international seminars, conferences, and professional engagements
• Collaborative Research
  Organization of joint research initiatives and design exhibitions

Expected Impact
